We require a 2-night minimum stay on weekends and a 3-night
stay on holiday weekends.
But please check with the innkeeper, as exceptions
can sometimes be made, especially during the off-season.
• Reservations are held
for 10 days pending receipt of personal check or confirmation
with a major credit card.
• Required deposit: full amount for a one-night stay
or one half of the total amount for a multiple-night stay.
• Check-in time is 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Early or late check-in
can be arranged in advance.
• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• La Posada is a non-smoking
inn.
• La Posada is happy to
accommodate guests with special dietary needs. Please inform
us of any special requests when you
make your reservation.
• We now accept pets at a $15.00 per night charge based on prior approval.
Please understand that due to the
small and intimate nature of our business and the high standards
to which we adhere,
we must make no exceptions to the following deposit and cancellation
policies:
• Bookings not made with a major
credit card are held for 10 days and confirmed upon receipt
of your personal check.
• You need to cancel no
later than 10 days (30 days for holidays) prior to your first
reserved night for a deposit refund minus a
$25 reprocessing fee per room.
• If you cancel fewer than 10 days (30 days for holidays)
prior to your first reserved night, we will make every effort
to rebook the room,
but if we are unable to do so, we will give you a La
Posada gift certificate in the amount of your deposit.
• If you check in, you are responsible for the full amount
of all nights reserved, regardless of your length of stay.
• We prefer your balance
be paid upon arrival with a major credit card, cash, personal
or traveler's check.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
